We received feedback from customers that fan blades are easily damaged under the existing packaging method due to the violent unloading process at the destination. This problem has attracted our great attention because we are always committed to ensuring that the electric fans received by customers are intact. In order to improve this problem, our team began to actively look for solutions while ensuring that no additional cost burden is added.

After careful research and discussion, we proposed an effective solution. First, we use 3 layers of oil paper to wrap around the mesh cover, which can effectively reduce the damage caused by hard collision during transportation, while increasing the buffer area and reducing the impact force. Secondly, in order to further enhance the protection effect, we use plastic bags to wrap the fan blade to increase the binding force and reduce the collision space. This packaging design not only improves safety, but also keeps the cost controllable.

In the end, this improved packaging solution was recognized by customers and successfully solved the problem of fan blades being easily damaged during transportation. Through this optimization, we not only improved the protection of the product, but also enhanced customers’ trust in the quality of our products.
